Nivvy LLC ("Nivvy," "I," or "me") operates nivvy.co and provides Facebook and Instagram advertising services to contractors. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and what happens to it.

Information I collect

Information you give me

When you fill out the form on this site, I collect your name, phone number, your trade, how much additional work you can take on, and anything you write in the notes field. If you call or text me, I have your phone number and whatever you tell me.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted by Webflow, which records standard server information including IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. that records visits and actions on the site so I can measure advertising performance and show ads to people who have visited. The pixel sets cookies and shares information with Meta, including your IP address and the pages you view. Meta processes this under its own data policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Calls and text messages

If you submit the form or give me your number, you agree that I may contact you by phone call or text message about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask me not to call by telling me so.

If you become a client and I set up automated text messaging for leads coming into your business, that messaging is governed by the separate agreement between us, and you are responsible for obtaining consent from the people your business contacts.

Who I share it with

I am a one-person business, but I use third-party services to run it. Information may pass through:

Webflow — website hosting and form submissions
Meta Platforms — advertising delivery and measurement
Zapier — moving form and lead data between tools
Twilio — sending text messages
Google — spreadsheets and file storage

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy. I may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Webflow for basic functionality and by the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not prevent you from using this site.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry information for as long as it may be relevant to a potential working relationship, and client records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes. You can ask me to delete your information at any time and I will, unless I am required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask me to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email jeriel@nivvy.co or call (352) 509-6309 and I will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. I will honor those requests regardless of whether the law technically applies to a business my size.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in Webflow and the services listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes

I'll update this page if what I do changes, and I'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page.
