Nivvy LLC is a Florida limited liability company operating in Ocala, Florida.

What this site is

This site describes advertising services offered by Nivvy LLC. Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract, and submitting the form does not create a working relationship. If we decide to work together, that relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Results shown on this site

This site describes results achieved for a past client. Those results are real and accurately reported, but they are one client's outcome over a specific period. Advertising results depend on your trade, your market, your budget, how quickly you respond to leads, and how you handle the work once it comes in — most of which is outside my control.

Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular result. Any performance commitment I make will be in a written agreement, not on a web page.

Using the site

You may not use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it in an automated way, or misrepresent who you are when submitting the form.

Content on this site

The text, video, photographs, logo, and design on nivvy.co belong to Nivvy LLC, except where they show a client's business with that client's permission. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

If you become a client, ownership and licensing of the footage and creative I produce for you is addressed in our written agreement, not here.

Third-party platforms

My services depend on Meta Platforms and its advertising products. Meta controls its own policies, approvals, account status, pricing, and delivery. I am not responsible for Meta's decisions, including ad rejections, account restrictions, or changes to its platform, and those decisions do not constitute a failure to perform on my part.

This site may link to other websites. I'm not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is." I make no warranties about its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Nivvy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Any direct liability arising from your use of this site is limited to $100.

This section does not limit any obligation I owe you under a separate written services agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida.

Changes

I may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change when I do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
